shooting in a {walnut grove}

My first visit to a walnut grove. I loved how the rows of walnut trees were perfectly lined up – symmetry makes me happy. The light drifted softly through the leaves while our hosts created delicious scenes for us to spend the afternoon shooting.

Going through these photos brings me back to that afternoon, warm enough to wear shorts, kneeling in the leaves, walnuts making dents in my knees, trying to get that one special shot. I remember standing there, looking around at all of my new friends, and telling myself that I would never forget that moment. I took this photo to remind myself of our time in the orchard~

    Simply gorgeous! I love the muted colors! It is most definitely ‘nut season’ here in France–no pun intended! ; )

    Bonne semaine mon amie!
